Emergency Roof Repair

Palm Beach County emergency roof repair experts

Roofing emergencies can happen to any homeowner, and when they do, an exposed roof quickly leads to water damage and mold growth inside the home. Your roof is the main line of defense against the elements — when it fails, fast action matters.

South Florida residents are no strangers to roofing emergencies, between tropical storms, wind-driven rain, and intense sun. We handle the full range of urgent repairs, including storm, wind, tree, hail, and leak damage.

Hunter Construction has provided reliable emergency roof repair across Palm Beach County and the surrounding areas for decades. We offer free inspections and quotes before any work begins, so you understand the severity of the problem before you pay.

Questions

When is the right time to replace my roof?
Most South Florida roofs need replacing around 20 years after the last install. Buckling, curling, missing shingles or tiles, granules in the gutters, or daylight in the attic are all signs it’s time. A free inspection settles it either way.
Do you only replace, or do you repair too?
Both. We never push a full replacement when a quality repair will safely extend your roof’s life. After a free inspection we’ll tell you honestly which one your roof needs.
What are the most common reasons roofs fail here?
In our market it’s wind and water: hurricane and tropical-storm uplift, wind-driven rain finding weak flashing, intense UV breaking down materials, and age. Cumulative damage over several seasons is usually what finally requires a replacement.
Can I inspect or repair the roof myself?
We don’t recommend it. Roofing is one of the most dangerous DIY jobs because of the height, and a small mistake can turn into a major leak. It’s safer and cheaper in the long run to have experienced roofers handle it.
What roofing materials do you install?
Just about all of them — tile, metal, asphalt and designer shingles, and flat/low-slope systems. The right choice depends on your home’s style, your budget, and any HOA requirements. We’ll walk you through the options during your free estimate.
