Mold doesn’t show up on its own. It grows where there’s been water — a roof leak, a plumbing leak, condensation in a poorly vented attic, or humidity that never got under control.
That’s why cleaning visible mold without fixing the moisture almost always fails: the growth comes back. Our approach starts with finding and fixing the source, then removing the affected materials under containment, and then rebuilding.
As roofers and a licensed general contractor, we’re in an unusual position to fix the actual cause, whether it’s a roof leak, poor attic ventilation, or water damage behind a wall. If testing is needed to confirm what you’re dealing with, we coordinate it with a licensed mold assessor.

Bleach can lighten surface growth, but it doesn’t solve the moisture problem that caused it, and porous materials like drywall usually need to be removed rather than cleaned. If it keeps coming back, the source hasn’t been fixed.
