Most roof problems start small and quiet — a cracked tile, a worn pipe boot, a lifted shingle at the edge. Found early, they’re quick repairs. Found after the ceiling stains, they’re bigger ones.
Our inspections are free and come with no pressure. We get up on the roof and into the attic where we can, check the surface, flashing, penetrations, and drainage, and photograph anything that needs attention. Then we sit down with you and explain what we found in plain language.
Sometimes the answer is a small repair. Sometimes it’s “you’ve got years left — check back after storm season.” And sometimes it’s time to plan a replacement. Whatever it is, you’ll get the honest version.
