Jesse Squillace is a seasoned, state-licensed construction professional with deep roots in the industry. Raised in a family of builders and tradesmen, he developed an early respect for craftsmanship, accountability, and doing the job right.
Today, Jesse holds multiple Florida licenses — Certified General Contractor, Certified Roofing Contractor, and Certified Plumbing Contractor — giving him a comprehensive understanding of construction as a whole. Alongside his longtime college friend and business partner, Vince, he co-founded Hunter Construction on a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and trust.
What started as a partnership built on shared values has grown into a company known for clear communication, dependable execution, and long-term results. Jesse stays actively involved in the field, bringing real-world experience to every project — whether he’s managing a build, evaluating a roof system, or advising a homeowner.
Born and raised in Florida, Vince attended Florida State University alongside his co-owner Jesse. Growing up with his father as a surgeon, he developed an exacting eye for detail and a drive to get every job right.
Having lost his lifelong family home to Hurricane Frances in 2004, Vince understands what it feels like to be vulnerable and displaced — and it’s a responsibility the team doesn’t take lightly. Whether they’re restoring a homeowner’s peace of mind after a storm or bringing a renovation vision to life, the commitment is the same: professionalism and integrity.
Vince started his career in tech, working with Fortune 500 organizations and large construction firms to understand the customer experience and how to improve every part of it. At Hunter Construction, he keeps the company current with the newest products, techniques, and industry standards — while still doing things the old-fashioned way, with a little elbow grease.
When he’s not working with customers, you’ll usually find Vince out on the boat or getting active with his golden retriever, Noodle.
